Our momentum is unmistakable – jobs have grown faster than our population in recent years, and a multi-billion-dollar investment pipeline is reshaping our region. What sets Geelong apart is how we work. Businesses, industry peak bodies, government agencies and Council partner closely to turn good ideas into real projects on the ground.
The prospectus also reinforces Geelong's readiness for the next wave of investment, with a growing supply of premier office space, significant serviced industrial land, and prime development locations across Central Geelong, the Waterfront and key employment precincts.
Sustained demand is being driven by strong population growth, business expansion and infrastructure investment, with Council actively seeking conversations with developers, investors and businesses ready to capitalise on Geelong's next phase of growth.
