Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Geoffrey Buck.
The 51-year-old is wanted on warrants for theft, reckless conduct endangering serious injury and use a carriage service to harass.
Buck is Caucasian, about 180cm tall with a thin build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Casey and Cardinia areas.
Investigators have released an image of Buck in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
