Cricket Victoria is excited to announce the return of its Girls Leadership Program in 2026, following a successful season that saw more than 80 participants take part from across Victoria.
Powered by the MCC Foundation, the four-session program is designed to inspire and educate the next generation of female leaders within Victoria's cricket community.
Delivered in collaboration with former Australian cricketer Belinda Clark AO and her company, The Leadership Playground, the program gives young female leaders aged 14 to 16 the opportunity to learn from industry experts and discover the many pathways available within cricket.
Participants will explore a range of roles across the game, including playing, coaching, umpiring, operations, public relations, marketing and media.
A key component of the program will see participants put their learning into action by designing and implementing a project within their own cricket club. Participants can complete the project individually or in pairs before presenting their work during the final session.
