Residents are invited to have their say on services provided by Kempsey Shire Council.
The Community Survey, conducted every two years, is an opportunity for you to express your overall satisfaction with Council's services.
In 2021, 79% of respondents were somewhat satisfied with Council, and now we want to hear from you to help us improve.
Think water and sewer, waste, roads, community, libraries, cultural activities, development, and disaster preparedness, anything that Council provides to the community.
This survey is conducted by an independent third party provider, Micromex, ensuring that your responses are confidential. A report will be prepared on completion of the project, and a summary will be published to the community.
Residents may have received a phone call from Micromex conducting the same survey. The online survey covers the same topics and gives the option for residents to opt in should they wish.
