Sex Assault Squad detectives recently charged a man as a result of an investigation into an incident that occurred in March 2017.
It is alleged the man who is a General Practice Doctor, indecently assaulted a woman in her 20s whilst she was being treated by him at a medical practice in Banksia Grove, WA Police say.
The 35 year old man from Tuart Hill has been charged with one count of Unlawful and Indecent Assault.
He is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on Monday, 12 June 2017.
Inquiries are ongoing and detectives urge anyone with any information regarding this investigation to call Crime Stoppers.
