Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Hailey Sutcliffe.
The 33-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court for refusing to undergo a preliminary breath test.
Sutcliffe is known to frequent the Bacchus Marsh and Melton areas.
Investigators have released an image of Sutcliffe in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
