The popular Handmade and Homegrown Markets On Q will return in 2024 with a new weekly event at Lithgow Street from Sunday 3 March.

The weekly markets will feature a wide range of local and artisanal produce stallholders, to support the popular CBD event.

"Our Handmade and Homegrown Markets On Q have received great support from the community and we're looking forward to bringing these markets to the community weekly," said Mayor George Greiss.

"The markets offer a wide selection of locally made goods and with this new weekly timetable we look forward to welcoming new stallholders and producers," Dr Greiss said.

Handmade and Homegrown Markets On Q are co-hosted by Council and Eat Shop Love, from 9am to 2pm, every Sunday at Lithgow Street.

The markets will change operating hours from 8am to 1pm in March.
