Have your say on council services and facilities

Sunshine Coast Council

Sunshine Coast residents will have a chance to voice their opinion on council service delivery through a community wide satisfaction survey.

The community survey commences on 7 November and will run until 4 December.

Residents and ratepayers can have their say on a range of subject matters, including parks and recreational facilities, local roads and pathways, libraries, pest management and the maintenance of our natural environment.

The survey seeks to understand residents' views on a variety of issues with questions about our region's liveability and council's performance in relation to delivering services and facilities.

Survey results will be used to help shape a number of important documents that guide council's decision making, including council's new corporate plan which will set council's direction for the next five years.

The consultation will involve 1000 phone surveys with a random selection of residents across the region. The phone surveys will be independently conducted by IRIS Research on behalf of council.

An online survey will also be available at council's online community engagement portal. The online survey will be available any time up until 4 December at haveyoursay.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au or follow the link on council's website.
