Council has developed a Draft Policy for Managing Conflict of Interest for Council Related Development which is on public exhibition at www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au until close of business on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.
The Draft Policy has been prepared in response to legislative requirements that require all Councils to adopt a policy that specifies how it manages conflicts of interest in connection with Council related Development Applications.
A hard copy of the Draft Policy can also be viewed during the exhibition period at Council's Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor from 9am to 4pm.
