Healthy Pet Day is on again at South Kempsey Park on Sunday 17 May 2026!
Friends of Kempsey Pound and the Animal Rescue Cooperative (ARC) are partnering up to bring our furry friends the best care they can.
What's on offer?
Each household in the shire can get the following services for free for up to 2 pets:
- Parvac Vaccination
- Flea & Tick Treatment
- Worming
- Microchipping
If you have more than 2 pets, no worries! Parvac vaccinations and microchipping are available at a cost of $10 per additional animal over the first 2 as specified above.
Animal Rescue Cooperative (ARC) will have wet and dry dog and cat food to hand out as well as some other goodies.
Everyone is welcome - don't forget to bring your dog or cat along too!
Please keep social distance between dogs if they don't live together, we don't want any unplanned arguments or disagreements between pooches.
Please ensure dogs are on leads, if you haven't got one, we have spare ones to lend you.
If your dog isn't social, they can be treated in your vehicle.
