Georges River Council is inviting community feedback on Bridgeview Reserve playground in Beverly Hills.
As part of Council's ongoing commitment to improving local parks and open spaces, Bridgeview Reserve Playground has been identified for renewal under the latest Capital Works program. Before starting the design stage, Council wants to hear from the community about what matters most.
The playground currently includes a swing set, spring rider, and small climbing tower. Council is seeking the community's input on the renewal of its equipment and how the space is used.
Georges River Council Mayor Elise Borg said, "Council is committed to creating spaces that reflect the needs and desires of the community.
"Bridgeview Reserve is a much-loved local park, and we want to ensure its playground continues to be a place where children and families can play, connect, and enjoy the outdoors."
"Your feedback will help us design a playground that caters to the right age groups, includes the features you value most, and reflects the way you use the Reserve today."
This consultation will be open until 7 September. Feedback will be reviewed to understand what priorities and ideas the community have raised and help refine the playground design.
