Traffic Enforcement Group officers are seeking information regarding a serious traffic crash that occurred in Highgate last night, Sunday 28 February 2021.
Around 9pm, a silver Toyota Corolla hatchback was travelling on Beaufort Street, when around 40m north of Mary Street, the Corolla struck a woman crossing Beaufort Street and who is believed to have come from the direction of the median strip.
The 37-year-old female pedestrian received serious injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.
Investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or the Toyota Corolla or the female pedestrian in the area prior to the crash, or has dash-cam vision, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
