The University of Hong Kong (HKU) announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation for the Training of Prospective Personnel from Uzbekistan (El-Yurt Umidi Foundation) on March 9, 2026, at the HKU campus.
