Homes England has appointed Caroline Patterson as Chief Financial Officer, completing a series of senior leadership appointments that position the agency for a significant year of delivery.

Caroline joins at a time when Homes England is sharpening its focus on supporting local partners, accelerating housing supply and preparing the groundwork for the National Housing Bank. Her appointment finalises a refreshed Executive Leadership Team, bringing together the expertise needed to match the Agency's evolving regional structure and expanding remit.

An experienced financial leader, Caroline has built a career overseeing complex financial operations and guiding organisations through periods of change. Working alongside the recently appointed Chief Regional Delivery Officer and Chief Risk Officer, she will help ensure robust financial stewardship underpins the agency's ambitions to create more homes and stronger communities.

Caroline will begin her new role in June.

Caroline Patterson, Chief Finance Officer, added:
