Horizon Programme's Cluster 2 Info Day at Autonomous U of Barcelona

The UAB Office of International Projects (OPI) organises an information session on the next call of the Cluster 2 (Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society) under the European Horizon programme. The session is aimed at UAB researchers and will take place on 7 November at 10 a.m. at the Sala de Graus of the Faculty of Arts & Humanities. Those interested in attending must register here by 3 November.

The session will be attended by the cluster's National Contact Point, Aïda Díaz, who will also evaluate project ideas for those interested in coordinating one. Núria Claver, head of the OPI, will also explain the funding opportunities of Cluster 2 in the 2024 calls for proposals and the support services offered by the University.

The session will include talks on two successful project cases. The first case, REFUGE-ED Effective practices in education, mental health and psychosocial support for the integration of refugee children, will be explained by Elisabeth Torras-Gómez, researcher Margarita Salas from the Department of Sociology. The second, EXPRESS2 - Specify and Protect the EU Social Contract, will be given by Antoni Abat i Ninet, researcher Maria Zambrano of the Institute of European Studies and principal investigator of the project.

If you have an idea for a project, you can send it to the organisers using this form. On the day of the event, between 12:15 p.m. and 1:15 p.m., one-to-one interviews will be offered to elaborate on these project proposals.
