The first in a series of regular progress reports from the High Speed Two (HS2) Residents' and Construction Commissioner.
This is the first report of the HS2 Residents' and Construction Commissioner.
The report will be divided into the following section:
- details of the Commissioners remit and how they intend to carry out that remit;
- a brief summary of key developments in the project which may impact the role;
- a summary of complaints and claims to date;
- details of meetings and visits undertaken and
- thematic issues that have been encountered.
