Indecent assault in South Brisbane, QLD

Detectives have released images of a man who may be able to assist police with their enquiries into an indecent assault in South Brisbane on October 6, Queensland Police say.

Preliminary investigations indicate at around 5:30pm a woman was approached by a group of men as she stood on a bus platform.

As the men walked past the girl one of the men inappropriately touched the 18-year-old woman.

When she challenged the man he pushed her to ground, before walking away.

The man was last seen walking towards the Brisbane CBD, across the Victoria Bridge.

The woman did not require medical treatment as a result of the incident.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance with a large tattoo on his left calf and was last seen wearing aqua shorts, an aqua shirt with white stripes, a red hat and white shoes.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
