Indecent behaviour at Toowoomba

Detectives have charged a man who allegedly touched and photographed women in Toowoomba without their knowledge earlier this year.

It will be alleged between November 2020 and February this year, the at the time Toowoomba-based anaesthetist, inappropriately touched three women aged in their 20s while they were unconscious.

A 59-year-old Mount Ommaney man has been charged with three counts each of sexual assault and recordings in breach of privacy.

He is next due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on August 10.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who thinks they may have been affected or has further information to contact police.
