Information sought after Glenelg altercation

Police are appealing for information following an incident at a Glenelg bus stop last night.

About 10.40pm Tuesday 18 January, police were called to bus stop 19 on Adelphi Terrace after reports of an altercation between a young man and occupants in a white 4WD.

The car, described as an older model white 4WD with a front bull bar, black trim around the base and large spot lights, possible partial registration of "U-L---", was last seen heading north on Adelphi Terrace towards the bridge. Up to three occupants may have been in the vehicle.

The young man is describes as about 16-years-old, about 180cm tall, black curly hair in a mullet style, wearing shorts and a cream t-shirt with writing on the rear.

Police are seeking any information about the incident, including the identity/whereabouts of the white 4WD, the young man involved to make contact with police, or any further information that may assist.
