Inquiries underway into armed robbery - Five Dock

Police are appealing for witnesses following an alleged armed robbery at a business in Five Dock yesterday.

About 3.30pm (Friday 18 January 2020), two men entered the building on East Street, armed with knives.

The men allegedly threatened three staff members with the knives, demanding money, before leaving the scene with cash.

Officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene.

The men are both described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170-180cm tall and were last seen wearing dark coloured hoodie jumpers.
