Investigation underway as shed, historic vehicles destroyed by fire at Orange

Police are investigating a fire which destroyed a business and multiple historic vehicles in the state's Central West.

About 6.25am today (Monday 9 December 2019), emergency services responded to reports of a fire in an industrial area on March Street at Orange.

On arrival, officers attached to Central West Police District found a large shed well alight.

Fire crews attended and extinguished the fire, however the shed's roof collapsed and completely destroyed the premises and its contents – including historic vehicles.

Police established a crime scene and investigations continue.
