Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jackson Cadby.
The 24-year-old is wanted for affray and assault related matters, as well as failing to answer bail.
He is known to frequent the Reservoir and Heidelberg West areas.
Investigators have released an image of Cadby in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is about 180cm tall, of thin build with blonde hair.
