Detectives from the Major Drug Squad and Fugitive Taskforce are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jennifer Bisset.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to charges including trafficking methylamphetamine, trafficking 1,4 butanediol and committing offences on bail.
It is understood she is actively avoiding police apprehension.
Bisset is known to frequent the CBD, Docklands and Richmond areas.
Investigators have released an image of Bisset in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
She is described as approximately 170cm tall with black/dark brown hair. She also has distinctive facial tattoos near both eyes.
