Police are appealing for public help to track down Joshua Ross.
The 26-year-old is wanted on warrant for breaching a court order and other offences.
He is about 168cm tall, with a thin build, fair hair and a fair complexion.
Ross is known to spend time in Heidelberg, Preston, Montmorency and Greensborough.
Investigators have released a photo of Ross in the hope someone recognises him.
