Product defect recall alert for Kelactin 50 Microgram/ml Oral Solution for Dogs and Cats and PGF Veyx Forte 0.250mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle and Pigs by Veyx-Pharma GmbH.
We wish to inform wholesalers that Veyx-Pharma GmbH has initiated a Class II recall to wholesaler level with immediate effect for:
- Kelactin 50 Microgram/ml Oral Solution for Dogs and Cats Vm 27569/4008
- PGF Veyx Forte 0.250mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle and Pigs Vm 27569/4002
The reason for the recall is due to an increased risk of microbial contamination in the aseptically manufactured products at the site of the contracted manufacturer, in the period from 01/2024 to 05/2025.
