Laughter Clinic - Never Underestimate Power of Laughter

Comedian and mental health expert Mark McConville will headline two free Laughter Clinics on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 October.

Combining comedy and laughter with the latest information and research in the field of Suicidology, this presentation offers the right balance of humour and laughter with easy to remember mental health strategies.

The two Laughter Clinic events are free. Light refreshments will be provided. Bookings are required for catering purposes.

If you cannot make either of these and are still up for a laugh, Foundation Murrindindi will be running their own comedy night fundraiser on Saturday 21 October from 7.00 pm at the Alexandra Football Netball Club.

The Laughter Clinics have been organised by Foundation Murrindindi, with the support of the Council, Yea and District Memorial Hospital, Yea Community House and Alexandra District Health. This event was jointly funded by the Victorian Government and Commonwealth Government under the Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA)
