Tim Kingma is a pork producer from northern Victoria. Nicole McDonald is social science researcher with a focus on job satisfaction in agriculture.
The pair are 2018 graduates of the NFF's 2030 Leaders Program. Tim and Nicole shared their experience in with AustralianFarmers and their advice for this year's 2030 Leader's Program group.
