Love and libraries – a match made in heaven. On Tuesday, 14 February, public libraries all over Australia will be feeling the love, as Library Lovers' Day is celebrated. Valentine's Day has been around for centuries however it is also now an annual celebration for people to celebrate the valuable role that libraries play in their lives.

Hawkesbury Library Service will celebrate Library Lovers' Day on 14 February and staff are encouraging the community to visit either public library at Windsor or Richmond on this day. Library staff have chosen their favourite book titles to go on display and there will also be free chocolate hearts.
