The City of Greater Geelong has awarded over $19,000 in Creative Seed grants to eight recipients for projects that will enrich Greater Geelong's creative and cultural landscape.
The Creative Seed Grants, part of the City's broader Community Grants, support emerging and established artists to develop new work, engage local audiences, and contribute to Geelong's vibrant creative sector.
These grants offer artists and creatives the opportunity to initiate, explore, or activate new ideas and approaches in their practice.
Creative Seed grant recipients:

- B Blackwood – River Kin (Dwelling in the Threshold)
- K Cook – Through my body backwards and into yours
- M Kelly – Bellarine Wild
- M O'Donnell – The Cost of Business (Working Title)
- R Ramage – EP Project 2025
- S Hannigan – Flux and Form
- S Pearson – Husk
