The Department of Health and Human Services has listed two local areas as exposure sites for COVID-19 and is asking anyone who visited these areas at the times listed to monitor for symptoms and get tested if feeling well.

The two local exposure sites currently listed on the DHHS website are:

  • Chirnside Park Coles (239-241 Maroondah Highway), from 10am-10.15am on Thursday, 31 December, 2020.

(Note: This was previously-listed by the DHHS as Woolworths but has since been updated)

  • Emerald Lake Park Lakeside Paddle Boats, from 3.30pm-5.30pm on Thursday, 31 December, 2020.

(Note: This was previously listed by the DHHS as the Puffing Billy Lakeside Station at Emerald Lake Park, but has been updated)

If you have visited any of the locations listed above during these dates and times, you should monitor for symptoms - if symptoms develop, immediately get tested and isolate until you receive a negative result.

The Victorian Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) is constantly updating its list of COVID-19 case locations and public exposure sites across the state.

There are other exposure sites across Victoria listed on the DHHS website, with advice for people who may have visited at the same time as a confirmed case.

If you've visited a location listed on the DHHS website, please carefully follow the advice - which may include monitoring yourself for symptoms, getting tested immediately and quarantining for 14 days from the exposure time, depending on which location you may have visited and the risk of transmission.
