An impressive $37.4 million major upgrade at Brabham Primary School is officially completed with a new classroom block and inclusive hub for students.

The two-storey general teaching block - which can accommodate 400 students - includes 14 general classrooms, activity spaces and specialist classrooms for science and art with generous covered outdoor areas, landscaping and play space.

The purpose-built inclusive hub provides general, specialist and therapy-related facilities, including a hydrotherapy pool to provide high-needs support for students with disability and additional needs. It features two general classrooms, which can accommodate approximately 70 students.

There is also new parking and bus access with the final car park works anticipated to be completed in October 2025.

This exciting project enables the removal of 16 transportable classrooms from the site, opening up more space for active play.

The project was designed by Carabiner Architects and was built by Crothers Construction.

As stated by Education Minister Sabine Winton:

"I'm pleased these outstanding new facilities are now completed, benefiting staff and students at Brabham Primary School.

"Brabham is a popular area for families and the completion of this project will provide a modern, comfortable learning environment, and more support for students with additional needs.

"The Cook Labor Government will continue to invest in new and improved school infrastructure to provide the best learning opportunities for all Western Australian students."

As stated by West Swan MLA Rita Saffioti:

"This is fantastic news for Brabham families and an incredible upgrade for the growing community.

"With this project now complete, the next big milestone for Brabham is delivering a brand-new high school for the area.
