Malawi has shown remarkable resolve and tireless international leadership in the face of global challenges. The United States looks forward to continuing our close cooperation with Malawi on empowering sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction, defending human rights, responding to climate change, and delivering on commitments outlined at the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington, DC.
