Man Charged Over Lake Illawarra Break-Ins: NSW Police

A man has been charged with a number of break and enter offences, south of Wollongong.

About 7.30am yesterday (Tuesday 20 February 2024), officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District executed a search warrant at a unit in Commerce Drive, Lake Illawarra.

A 49-year-old man was conveyed to Lake Illawarra Police Station where he was charged with break & enter house etc steal value

He was refused bail to appear at Wollongong Local Court today (Wednesday 21 February, 2024).

Police will allege the man was involved in a number of break and enter offences at homes and business premises in Warilla and Shellharbour, since November 2023.
