Fremantle Police have charged a 32-year-old man with five counts of Indecent Acts in Public following an incident at South Beach in Fremantle on Thursday 20 January 2022.
It will be alleged around 8pm the man exposed himself to a group of teenage girls who were at the beach.
Investigations reveal the man approached a number of other people at the same beach that evening.
