Man Charged With 59 Offences, 38 Against Children

At the completion of an extensive investigation by Mandurah Detectives, they charged a 34-year-old man with fifty-nine (59) offences. Thirty-eight (38) of these charges relate to offences against children.

The alleged incidents occurred between 2022 and 2025, and it is alleged; the man used phone text messaging and social media applications to meet and establish a connection with young girls (12 to 15 years) who he groomed before arranging to meet them in person and sexually assaulting them.

The 34-year-old man from Dawesville is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 5 November 2025 on the charges of:

• 6 x Sexually Penetrated a Child of or over 13 and under 16

• 3 x Child Under 16: Persistent Sexual Conduct With

• 5 x Indecently Deals with a Child over 13 under 16

• 1 x Indecently Recorded a Child over 13 under 16

• 2 x Possessing Child Exploitation Material

• 5 x Intent to Procure a Person Believed to be under 16 years for Sexual Activity

• 8 x Intent to Procure a Person under 16 years for Sexual Activity

• 1 x Intent to Procure a Person Believed to be under 13 years for Sexual Activity

• 3 x Intent to Procure a Person under 13 years for Sexual Activity

• 1 x Intent to Expose a Person Believed to be under 16 years to Indecent Matter

• 2 x Intent to Expose a Person under 16 years to Indecent Matter

• 1 x Intent to Expose a Person under 13 years to Indecent Matter

• 14 x Offer to Sell or Supply a Prohibited Drug to Another

• 1 x Armed Robbery

• 4 x Supplied a Prohibited Drug (Cannabis)

• 2 x Carried or Possessed a Prohibited Weapon
