It will be alleged between February 2023 and March 2025; the man used phone text messaging and social media applications to meet and establish a connection with young girls. It is further alleged he groomed the victims - aged between 13 and 16 years - prior to arranging to meet them in person and sexually assaulting them.
The 34-year-old man from Dawesville has been charged with:
• 4 x Indecently Deals with a Child Over 13 and Under 16 years.
• 3 x Sexually Penetrated a Child of or Over 13 and Under 16.
• 3 x Intent to Procure a Person Believed to Be Under 16 years for Sexual Activity.
• 2 x Child under 16: Persistent Sexual Conduct With.
• 2 x of Possess Child Exploitation Material.
• 1 x Intent to Expose a Person Believed to be Under 16 years to Indecent Matter.
He is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 15 August 2025.
