Man detained after Hackham West crash, South Australia

A man has been detained after crashing his car into a pedestrian at Hackham West.

Police will allege that about 9.55pm on Thursday 17 October, police and ambulance crews were called to Glynville Drive after reports of a disturbance in the street.

The driver of a Holden sedan had allegedly tried to run over several people he was having an argument with, before crashing into the front of a business.

When he reversed away from the building, he hit another man who was standing on the footpath. The man suffered leg injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.

The driver was detained at the scene by police.
