A man has died following a collision which occurred in Spotswood this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Douglas Parade about 2.10pm after reports of a collision between two cars and a cyclist.
The cyclist, a 52-year-old man from Yarraville, was taken to hospital in a critical condition and later died.
Detective from Major Collision Investigation Unit are on scene and are trying to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the crash.
