A 77-year-old man has died in hospital following a car crash in Cowes on 31 October.
It is believed a white utility was travelling along Thompson Avenue near Cowes-Rhyll Road when the driver lost control and crashed into a tree about 11am.
The driver, a Cowes man was taken to hospital where he died last night.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
