Man exposes himself in Alma Park St Kilda East

St Kilda police are appealing for information following reports a man exposed himself in St Kilda East last month.

Officers have been told the man was seen in Alma Park on Dandenong Road performing a lewd act and exposing himself on Thursday 16 February about 9.50am.

It is believed the man was sitting along a building on the southwest side of the oval and was staring at a group of children on a nearby oval at the time of the incident.

When the man was confronted about his behaviour he apologised and ran off across Dandenong Road.

As part of the investigation police have released a computer-generated image of a man they believe can assist with their investigation.

The man is described as having a bald spot, shaved hair to the sides of his head, facial stubble, was aged 40-50-years-old with skinny legs and a heavier body.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, grey shorts with a light green stripe down the sides and brown leather sandals.
