Man seriously injured in Brighton hit-run

Police are investigating after a cyclist was struck by a car that fled the scene in Brighton early Saturday morning.

The victim was riding his bicycle along St Kilda Street near Chatsworth Avenue, when it is believed a vehicle knocked him to the ground about 6am on 28 May.

The 69-year-old Hampton man was taken to hospital with serious injuries
