Man stabbed in the arm - woman arrested, South Australia

A woman has been arrested following an assault at Rosewater overnight.

Just after 4am on Wednesday 2 January, patrols and paramedics were called to a service station on Grand Junction Road after reports a man had been stabbed.

The victim was treated by paramedics for a minor stab wound to his arm before been taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Police then attended a house in Jenkins Street where they recovered a knife allegedly used in the assault and arrested a 34-year-old from Rosewater.

The woman, who is known to the victim, has been charged with aggravated assault and bailed to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court at a later date.
