Man with Dementia Missing from Summer Hill: Police Appeal

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man with dementia missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Geoffrey Bolton, aged 71, was last seen leaving an aged care home on Grosvenor Crescent, Summer Hill, about 9.45am today (Tuesday 2 May 2023).

After failing to return home, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Family and police hold concerns for Geoffrey's welfare due to him living with dementia.

Geoffrey is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build, with grey hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black West Tigers jumper, with black pants and cream shoes.
