Mandatory Health Star Ratings Eyed as Industry Lags

With new data showing food industry compliance with putting Health Star Ratings on packaged foods languishing at just 37% versus the government target of 70%, The George Institute, together with VicHealth and the Food for Health Alliance are calling on Food Ministers to now make the system mandatory.
