Margaret River Launches New Wine, Food Pairings

  • Pair'd Margaret River Region returns for a second year with new events and talent
  • Tickets on sale next week for full line-up of events
  • Cook Government owned event delivered through Tourism WA, and produced by Mellen Events, We Are Gather, and Ahoy Management
  • Last year's event generated nearly $2.5 million in economic impact for the South West region.

Pair'd Margaret River Region will return with an expanded line-up of unique wine, food and music events from 20-23 November 2025, with tickets on sale next week.

The Cook Government-owned festival will delight foodies once again with four days of events centred around the South West region's award-winning wine, and world-class food.

Hosted at some of the region's most iconic wineries and venues, pre-sale tickets to the event will go on sale on Monday, 14 July, with general public sale commencing Wednesday, 16 July.

Wine, food and music lovers will enjoy the return of much-loved iconic events and some new ones including:

  • Pair'd Beach Club, which brings Australia's best seafood together with iconic DJs and the region's finest wines in a beachside celebration;
  • Nature's Table, a four-course long lunch, which pays tribute to the ancient lands and rich agricultural heritage of Margaret River;
  • the introduction of a new iconic event, Ngilgi Reverie, a fine dining experience, which features a performance inside the Ngilgi Cave by opera singer Silvia Colloca;
  • Burnt Ends and Friends, a fire-forward feast featuring Dave Pynt of Singapore's Michelin-starred restaurant Burnt Ends, joined by the Wills Domain team;
  • multiple new and returning events, including a suite of Michelin Wine Dinners, showcasing collaborations with South West venues to highlight the region's food and wine excellence; and
  • the return of sell-out tasting events, including New Wave Gathering, which celebrates new generation and low-intervention wine.

Thousands of visitors are expected to attend Pair'd, building on the success of last year's inaugural event, which generated nearly $2.5 million in economic impact for the South West region.

This event forms part of the Cook Government's events strategy to diversify our economy by driving higher out-of-State visitor attendance and creating a calendar of events all year round.

Direct flights to the South West are available for out-of-region visitors, with new direct flights between Perth and Busselton taking off last month, and non-stop flights from Sydney and Melbourne continuing to provide direct access to Busselton and the Margaret River Region.

Preceding the return of Pair'd this November is The World's 50 Best Vineyards Awards, which is being held in Australia for the first time in the Margaret River Region and will promote the South West to industry leaders, media, and wine lovers from around the world.
