MFC to host Welcome Game this month

In recognition of their partnership with the City of Casey, the Melbourne Football Club (MFC) are giving away FREE footy tickets to local residents for their Welcome Game in Round one.

The Welcome Game aims to encourage Casey's newest residents, local multicultural groups or those who might not support a side yet to get down and barrack for Casey's affiliated club.

Tickets are for Melbourne's first match of the season, where they will face Port Adelaide on Saturday 23 March at 1.45 pm at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).

The game celebrates diversity and inclusivity, with both MFC and Casey aiming to welcome people from all backgrounds and cultures to enjoy the game of football.

This opportunity provides guests with a chance to feel apart of this magnificent game that forms such an important part of Australia's sporting culture.

Prior to the match, there will be entertainment and activities around the ground including an explanation of the rules, and some footy fun!

The City of Casey and MFC proudly work together to promote and showcase sporting opportunities and the benefits of an active lifestyle via Casey's schools, sporting clubs and community groups.
