Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Michael Cornall.
The 34-year-old is wanted on warrant for theft and assault offences.
Cornall is known to frequent the Geelong, Preston, Northcote, Thornbury, Melbourne CBD, and Heidelberg areas.
He is described as being South American in appearance, approximately 170cm tall, with a slim build, brown eyes, and dark hair.
Investigators have released an image of Cornall in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
