The Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of International Trade, Export Promotion, Small Business and Economic Development, will welcome Ambassador Katherine Tai, Trade Representative of the United States in Canada from May 5 to 6, 2022.
While in Ottawa, Minister Ng and Ambassador Tai will hold a joint media availability and share their perspectives on strengthening of Canada-US trade relationships, cooperation in the face of global supply chain issues and ongoing efforts to support Ukraine. They will also meet with stakeholders and hold a bilateral meeting.
Media will be also invited to join Minister Mary Ng and Ambassador Tai in Toronto and Markham as they tour key facilities highlighting the trade benefits and supporting our global economic recovery.
