Mirboo North collision turns fatal

A motorcycle collision in Mirboo North on 12 October has turned fatal.

It's believed a male motorcyclist was travelling along the Strzelecki Highway just after 1.30pm when he collided with the rear wheels of a trailer being towed by a truck.

The 63-year-old NSW rider was taken to hospital in a critical condition but has since died.

The truck driver was not injured and assisted at the scene.

The exact cause of the collision is being investigated.
