Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Lily Montano.
The 13-year-old was last seen leaving her Belmont address about 3pm yesterday, 16 September.
Police and family hold concerns for Lily's welfare due to her age.
Lily is known to frequent Geelong, Highton and Belmont and is described as being 167cm tall with a slim build and dark brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper, black and grey leggings and black Nike runners.
Investigators have released an image of Lily in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Lily is urged to contact Waurn Ponds Police Station on 5247 3500.
